EQUIPMENT The Performer shall provide all sound, lighting, and DJ equipment necessary to perform the services described in this Agreement, unless otherwise noted below. 7. OVERTIME Should the Client request the Performer to continue services beyond the agreed end time, overtime shall be billed at $0.00 per hour, payable immediately following the event or as otherwise agreed in writing. 8. LIABILITY The Performer shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, extreme weather, or venue access issues, provided the Performer makes reasonable efforts to notify the Client and/or arrange a suitable substitute. The Client agrees to provide a safe working environment, adequate power supply, and reasonable access for setup and breakdown. 9. What deposit percentage do most DJs charge to hold a date?
